Searching for information on Alexander Dixon, son of Jeremiah A. Dixon and Ellafair Dennard. He was born in either Pulaski or Wilkinson County, Georgia. I have been led to believe that he drowned July 5, 1887 in Hawkinsville, Georgia. I have also been told that there is an article about this in a July 13, 1887 Pulaski County GA newspaper. I would very much like to see this article. If you have any information about this or know how I can obtain a copy of this article it would be much appreciated.
