Lillian spoke of being a child of an Irish man, and a woman of Pennsylvania Dutch descent. She said her mother's name was Mary. She was adopted by Grace and Frank Jones of the Red Deer, Alberta area, when she was around 5 or 6 years of age. Her birth certificate said she was born in Calgary on Sept 19, 1919. She married Jack Burton of Lacombe, Alberta, and raised a family in that area. She is the paternal grandmother of my children, and I am very interested in finding her birth parents.
