I have posted on here before with no luck thought I would try again. Baby boy born 1971 in Liberty County. Man and Woman brought him to Liberty County Hospital he was born at home and umbilical cord would not stop bleeding and they left him. Birthday is supposed to be Jan 23 1971. We know absolutely nothing about the family. This is my husband by the way that I am posting about. If anyone knows anything please let us know.
