Looking for any possible help locating a family possibly from Orkdal, Sor Trondelag, Norway in the 1850's to 1880's. The family came to the States around the mid 1880's.

Erik (Erich) Jørgensen/Erik Jørgensen Logerende? Bet. 1832 - 1833
and wife Dorthea Olsdatter ? Bet. August 04, 1840 - November 24, 1841

Children
John ? Erichsen Asbøll September 23, 1867
Karen ? (Eriksdatter?) Asbøll 1870
Ella E. (Eriksdatter?) Asbøll September 29, 1873

Not sure if the children were born in the US or Norway. More than likely Norway.

I am thinking they did end up in Iowa possibly. Ella maybe my great grandmother and married John Waldum in Iowa.
John was the son of Norwegian parents. He was the first born in the US from his side of the family. His father came over in 1885 with his family.
