I am doing a genealogy search and have come across a mysterious ancestor. She could be English. Her husband was Irish (his father came from Ulster, Ireland).

She married John Perry b: 1746 Lancaster, Pennsylvania d: 01 March 1824 Louisiana; they went to Louisiana where they had at least three children (Nancy b: 1771, Thomas--or William Thomas b: 1775 or 1776, and Samuel). She could have died in childbirth?
Can anyone help me trace this woman's family? It would have been just before the Revolutionary War...
