Based on someone's suggestion, I did a search for matches over 7cMs on each chromosome. If you choose No on "Show graphic bar" you get a neat little chart that you can copy and drop into a spreadsheet. Since you can't specify number of SNPs in this utility, you get all matches but you can do a sort and weed out the matches under 700 SNPs. Apologies to whoever suggested this because I don't remember your name.

I was looking at one sheet and the amount of very close matches on a segment that are 7cMs or longer but less than 700SNPs really jumped out at me. Many are practically identical. My question for those more knowledgeable is this: How do I use this information? The matches I have on that chromosome that meet the threshhold are NOT on that segment.
