Searching for the obituary of William E. Reising who died on September 10, 1930 at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha. He was 41 years old at the time of death and left behind a wife, Ida.

We believe that his first wife was Catherine L. Petersen and we are hoping that the obituary will confirm this by listing a surviving son, William Christy Reising. It will also clear up for us whether or not he had other children with his wife, Ida, or if he had other marriages and children.

A record search with the Douglas County Clerk yielded no marriage record for our William Reising to Catherine L. Petersen around 1911. We also checked York County through the message boards since Catherine had worked there as a nurse. Is there a way to look for a marriage announcement in the newspapers in 1911 for this couple?
