I have raw data available from 23&Me, FTDNA, and now AncestryDNA. Am newly registered at GedMatch and am waiting for download capability to be restored.

My question is : from those with experience also using all three labs - which set of raw data do you recommend to upload for use at GedMNatch?

I have multiple times matches proven through common pedigrees in the AncestryDNA listings than the other two combined. So my matches with folks on Ancestry will be the main thrust when comparing chr, cMs SNPs, etc.

Any advice appreciated.
