My grandfather Georges Duchesneau was adopted. Some people in the family are saying that his original surname at birth was Tousley. My father did a DNA test with 23andMe (We're based in Canada and the Ancestry DNA is not yet available over here.)

So I am wondering if it would be possible to "compare" the DNA of my father with the DNA from a Tousley/Towsley descendant to conclude we're Tousley/Towsley??
