Found this in Greene Co., Ga. dated July 12th 1797: "Eleven Findley and Micajah Wall sell to Thomas Davis for $100 their part of land in Columbia Co. on the waters of Tipton Creek, granted to Arthur Wall --- Said tract of land was part of the estate of said Arthur Wall dec., to the said Findley, Wall and Davis as legatees of said estate. Eleven Findley and Micajah Wall give quit claim to Davis for value received." ---- I am assuming that Eleven Findley and Thomas Davis married daughters of Arthur Wall and that Micajah was Arthur's son. Would like to know more about Eleven and Thomas and their wives as they were neighbors of "my" John Davis in Greene County. I believe that Thomas Davis moved to Morgan Co. from Greene. Can anyone fill in the blanks before the Wall family ended up in Newton County, Miss. ?
