We are looking for a Louis and Gordon born in the late 1950's we think in Alaska. Their father was my Grandfather, Louis Joseph Chasse (nicknamed Harold) We believe their Mother was Mary but the last name we do not know. My Aunt said she thought it started with an O and had about 7 or 8 letters in it. Apparently she committed suicide when the boys were small and my Grandfather didn't want them so he adopted them out.( He did not raise my Mom and her siblings either) We don't know if they had the Chasse name or what name they carried. Or if they took the name of the adoptive parents. At one time they were going to go to my Great Aunt Muriel but for some reason did not. My Grandfather was from Maine (Canada) and was in the Military while in Alaska. He was in Nome at one point and did marry in 1961 in College, Alaska.
