My father, MICHAEL KOSARKO, bd 9-26-1886, was born in the Kosice area, parents names are not known. He had a brother, Paul, a twin, name not known and a sister, Bertha.
Mike, Paul and Bertha came to the USA circa 1913. Michael was in the military. I have 100 year old photos of him in a military uniform with collar emblems and chest medals. Mike, Paul settled in Cleveland, Ohio and Bertha settled in McKeesport, Pa.
BARBARA MATIK, bd 4-3-1895, was born in Hrasovik, Slovakia.
Her father was Andrej Kover Matik, her mother was Barbara Simko. She had brothers, Michael, Stephen, John and a sister, Anna. My mother came to the USA, February, 1913, moved to Cleveland, Ohio and married my father in 1916. They had nine childred, Michael, Margaret, Bertha, Stephen, Betty, Joseph, Mary, John and Rose.
I need information on all of their ancestors in Slovakia as far back as I can go. Any help would be appreciated.
