Looking for any information on Joachim and Sophia (Voelker)
BOIE - born in Mecklenberg - Schwerin, Germany in 1820's.
Both were native to this area and left for America in 1873,
ship unknown. Joachim and Sophia BOIE had at least two known
son's in 1873 - John BOIE and Frederick BOIE, who came with their parents to America and settled in Hawkeye, Fayette County, Iowa and were in farming.
