Does anyone know where the land records for Cedar County are kept? Do they go back into the 1860's? I am trying to find land records for Franz Bergold and Gerhard Christian Dickman who were in St. Helena in the 1870 census. They were naturalized there in the 1860's. Thanks for any help or ideas.
