This is my first time doing this so please excuse me if I don't include everything you need. Could you please do a DAR lookup of John Hathaway of Pitt County, NC. I apologize but all I have on him is a land warrant for some property that was given to him. So I don't know which unit he served with. According to a deposition of a fellow soldier, William Robbins, he served with John Hathaway as part of the NC Continental Line. According to William, John died at valley forge while in winter quarters. He had a brother David who had a son named John.
