The birth of their first child, Elizabeth, is reported to be recorded in the Roman Catholic church records for St. Joseph du Corbeau in Coopersville, Clinton County, New York on 11 May 1846, so they were probably married 1843-46. I am descended from their son, William Goodchild (born 1852 in Coopersville). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
