Desperately seeking my Grandfather's obit & news articles about his suicide, in Clifton-Passaic, Pasaic Co NJ, abt 1929 or 1930-1. Jozef "Joseph" HOZA, b July 1876 Losce/Levoca, Szepes, Slovakia, Hungarian Empire. Immig abt 1900 to the Clifton-Passaic area of Passaic co NJ. He was a baker, & a violinist/musician. He was a member of St Mary's of the Assumption Slovak Cath Church for over 30 yrs.

Jozef's suicide was such a scandal & sin that nobody would talk about it. As a result we have no death date or burial location listed for him. We would like to pay our respects as a family, but can't find his grave site.

Joseph HOZA marr Maria SZTRAZSAI/SAY 1905 at St Mary's Cath Church. They had children: Josephine; Emil L; Stephen; Olga; Gisela; Lillian; Albert Joseph, etc. Some used the name HOZZA as well as HOZA. They are all long desceased now. We are all that's left.
