My gggrandfather William Watkins was born in Franklin County Georgia and he married Eliza (Elizabeth) Robertson. Some of his children were Henry Putman Wadkins, who later moved to Tennessee and joined the Union Army. His brother James served in the Confederate Army. Both of these (Henry & James) are buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Mississippi) Other brothers include Dock, Dave and possible a few others.
