I am a descendant of Isaac Goodin and his wife Fanny Gardner thorough their daughter, Margaret Elizabeth. Margaret Elizabeth married John Wesley Townsend in Blackford County. Smith Goodin was a brother of Isaac. I am trying to fill in some of the branches of the Goodin Family tree. 1. Martha Ann, b. 13 Jul 1843 in Delaware Co., OH; m. Abraham Hess (probably in Ohio - later moved to Blackford County.)
2. Rebecca Jane (Jennie) b. 5 Oct. 1845 in Delaware Co., OH; m. Joel Morrical 19 May 1867 in Wells Co., IN
3. Lydia Margaret, b. 14 Apr 1848 in Delaware Co., OH; m. George W. Kimble 3 Apr 1870 in Wells Co., IN
4. Mary Ellen, b. 30 Apr 1850 in Morrow Co., OH; m. Fletcher N. Whips 4 Sept. 1870
5. Cary (Carey) F., male b. 4 Feb 1853; died as an infant.
