For some time, I notice that there are certain family history 'researchers' that just continue to build their trees from others' input rather than ever contributing from their own research. They have vast trees covering several thousand people. It's very annoying to have my time and energy and detailed detective work, records, documents and photos, lifted and dropped in to another's tree by these people. I'm happy to share my information with anyone and that is why I want to remain public but there is no courtesy shown when my content is copied without a thank you or a 'may I'?

The question - does the 'block user' feature prevent my content from being taken by that individual?
