My gg uncle died in St. Louis, MO. When his obituary ran in the St. Louis Paper, the last line read:

ANSONIA, CONN. PAPERS PLEASE COPY.

I have been working for years to establish a family connection to Connecticut, and have been unsuccessful. I am curious to see if the obituary ever ran in Ansonia, CT, or perhaps there was an error made in the St. Louis paper.

Could some kind soul please help me with this mystery. My gg uncle's name was:

WILLIAM CROSSON
DIED: 4-25-1913 BURIED 4-28-1913 in St. Louis.
