Does anyone have access to an old Conroe newspaper who might have an archived article about this death? If there's an obituary, I need that too.

His name is Shawn Ramone Williams and he died at 27 when he disobeyed officers and was shot. His SSDI says he died 3 December 1989 so the article would likely be the next day or two with the obit shortly after that. Any help here would be greatly appreciated! I can't seem to find anything on GenealogyBank or any other online resource for archived news....strange.
