Trying to trac my fathers mothers side. I have cencus from the US 1900 cencus that show my grandmother ( Frances CARTER ) 11 years old and living with hwe grandmother in Glens Falls NY. The grandmother's nmame was Fannie L JONBERT. It shows that she was 69 years olg at that time and born in 'canadian Frenh'.Now, I think that means probly Quebec but am not sure. Any help on this would be appreciated.
