I am looking for Joseph Hisey's parents, his date of birth and siblings . I know that is was born in PA about 1765-1770, moved to Augusta County, VA and married Elizabeth Gabbert. They had at least 10 children ( I have names and dates ). He died in Greenbrier County, now WV about 1828. I have copys of his estate inventory but little else. Thanks for any help.
