Lucy Green MARCUM was born in Upton, either Hardin or LaRue Co. KY, on April 17, 1870. Parents were George W. MARCUM b Jan 1830 and Mary Jane GREEN b Feb 5, 1836.
She married James Thomas WILLETT on Dec 18, 1888 in the court house in Elizabethtown, Hardin Co., KY.
