I'm STILL searching for info on my G.Grandmother - Annie Belle Buchanan Cason (Waycross, Ga.) I only have her birth and death dates - NO further data on her parents, etc. I do know that she was related to Janie Buchanan Mallon of Ware Co, Ga. Annie is shown in the 1880 census as "niece" and housekeeper, living in the household of William R. and Janie Buchanan Mallon. I think it's likely that one of Janie's brothers was the father of Annie Belle. Annie was born in 1865 and died in 1933. Her father is listed on her death certificate as "Hy" Buchanan and mother listed as "unknown". The information re the name of her father was provided at the time of her death by her husband's family. She married Walter Lafayette Cason in 1885 and lived most of her life and died in Waycross, Ware Co, Ga. She's buried in Kettle Creek Cemetery in Waycross.
Any information about her will be MUCH appreciated. In 1885 at the time of her wedding - she had family living in Magnolia, Ark. ie. Mellie L. Buchanan, and Bobbie Lee Buchanan. Other family surnames related to her were: Jones, Mallon, Mock. Thanks!!
