I am looking for my greatgrandfather who was born in Alabama in 1824. His parents came from South Carolina.
Robt. fought in the Civil War and was wounded. He moved to Hamilton, Texas c. 1870 and is buried there.
Robert was married to Martha Jane Gramham and when she died he married her sister Sarah Jane Gramham. Actually I am looking for my great,greatgrandfather and back. This Brandon family was supposed to have come to the US before the Revolutionay War.
