My mother was Sharon Lee Whittaker and we lived in North St. Louis at or around Saulsberry and 14th Street, near the McKinley Bridge. I am searching for my birth father. All I know is that he knew of me and my birth which took place on December 15, 1964 in the Homer G. Phillips Hospital in St. Louis Missiour. I assume he never married my mother and he would visit us monthly. I also understand he was in some arm of the services and whatever section that was required him to wear a white uniform. My mother has since died and I do not know his name. I vaguely think she told me John something???? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
