I am looking for any connection to my Finlayson family of Paisley. William Finlayson, born 1824 Paisley, son of Mathew Finlayson, born 1796 Paisley and Isable Orr. Mathew is believed to be the son of William Finlayson and Margaret Loudon. The younger William Finlayson married Christina Barr in Paisley in 1845. They are my great, great grandparents and I am named after Christina Finlayson. Would love to find out more about this family.
