Clark KIRKLAND & wife, Margaret sold 1/8 undivided interest of the Real Estate of the late A.S. LEONARD, deceased, the sum being:
1/16 interest in the following tracts of land situated as follow to wit:
N 1/2, Lot No. 2, NW qr, s30, t38, r29, -- 59.59 acres
South West fract qr S.O.R. s19, t38, r29, -- 110.8 0 acres.
North East qr, South East qr s25, t38, r30, -- 40 acres.
NE fract qr N & S-Osage River s25, t38, r30 except 54 acres divided to A. B. HOWARD, et al, of the Belvoir Town, and also the interest of the said A. S. LEONARD in the Belvoir Town.

Note: Clark Kirkland is a brother of my g gf John Anderson Kirkland. Clarks wife is Margaret E. Leonard. I think A.S. Leonard's first name may be Abiel?. I would appreciate knowing siblings of Margaret Leonard. Can anyone identify A.B. Howard and Thomas H. Austin.
