Found in 1870 census the following last names, and need help in finding descendants.

BENDROFF
BENDROS
VANDROS
BENDROWS
BENDROFS
BENDROST
All of these families are listed as Black or Mulato,and I cannot find any of them after 1870.
I think that this was/is a line of my family that got seperated during slavery.
They were mainly found in Colleton area, Green Pond and Adams Run Post Office area. Most of the Vandross line was found in another area.
