Hi. I recently discovered an ancestors name to be in correct. once corrected on my tree , I thought I would have some hits. This hasn't been the case. I can not find any records before or after the couples wedding.
The details I have are very few.. the grooms name is Lawyer Bovah and the bride was Annie Kennedy. Their parents were Harriet 'Hatty' Diamond and John Kennedy Sr and H Bovah and M A Baxter.
After a search of census, births and deaths I can only find their wedding information , May 1886 Manhattan. I know Annie was born Ireland but cant find anything relating to the couple living in the US after they were married or before. Is this common or could they have left the US?
