I have information that a ggg uncle David Higgins is buried in grave 990, block 3, Chicago City Cemetery. I cannot find any information on this cemetery. I am wondering if the cemetery would have any information on David, such as parents, place of birth, etc. Does anyone know how to contact this cemetery?
