Joseph Andert is buried in Mount Lebanon Cemetery in NY, NY and the grave is located in the Workingmen's Circle.

Joseph was born in Rarshoff, Russia in 1888. Rarshoff does not exist anywhere - so . . .

Where can I find more informations and possibly a list of names for the Workingmen's Circle group for the time frame of 1924 and earlier?

Trying to locate his parents (Julia (Hildebrantd) and Jacob Andert) from 'Unknown Town - Germany'. Not getting anywhere with this at all.

Any other suggestions will certainly be followed up by me.
