My birth mother was 20 and birth father 21. They were married.Birth father was incarcerated and they couldn't afford another baby. I have an older brother. I was adopted through Prince Georges County DSS in Hyattsville. My birth mother prearranged adoption with hospital. She never got to take me home. I can't even imagine the pain she went through. My heart goes out to her.
