Searching for anyone with any information regarding a Koonce family cemetery in Early County, Ga. According to a survery taken in 1960 by E. H. Hayes the cemetery contained graves of John Franklin Koonce (d. 1859), Michael Battle Koonce (d. 1882), Thomas Dabney Koonce (d. 1864), Susan Sidney Koonce (d. 1866), and Susan Smith Koonce (d. 1879). The Koonce's owed land along the Chattahoochee river in District 28 near what is now State Road 62 during the mid-late 1800's. Rumor has it that cemetery may have been destroyed. I would appreciate any information as to where it is or was.
