Looking for information on the Murder trial of Nancy B (Mann) Madan who was convicted of shooting Obadiah Jones in the head on 7-5-1868 in Canton,Ma. She was convicted on 6-18-1869 and was to hang to death. Her sentence was granted clemency by the governor and she was to serve life in prison at hard labor. She died 2-9-1879 in Cambridge Prison in Cambridge,Ma of consumption.
