I have just finished transcribing a 12,000 word hanwritten account of the life of this "Shakespearean actor" (brilliant service from the State Library of Queensland who mailed a photocopy). He was transported to Norfolk Island in 1839 after spending time ont he Hulk "Ganymede" at Woolwich. Unfortunately he ends..>"after a protracted voyage of 7 months we arrived at Norfolk Island- FINE". Please- anyone have information on what happened next!!??
