this is the information on the twelve jurymen that i know so far:
capt. THOMAS FISKE, foreman (1632-1707)
deacon WILLIAM FISKE (1642-1728)
JOHN BATCHELDER (1638-1698)
capt. THOMAS FISKE, JR. (1659-1723)
JOHN DANE (1645-1707)
JOSEPH EVELITH (1641-1745)
deacon THOMAS PERLEY (1641-1709)
capt. JOHN PEABODY (1642-1720)
THOMAS PERKINS (1659-1722)
SAMUEL SAYER
ANDREW ELLIOTT (1627-1704)
HENRY HERRICK (1640-1702)
capt. thomas fiske and deacon william fiske were thrid cousins once removed; capt. thomas fiske, jr., and deacon william fiske were fourth cousins; deacon thomas perley and capt. john peabody were brother-in-law, as capt. peabody sister was married to perley. thomas perkins is the nephew to accused witch mary (perkins) bradbury, but he was also a first cousin to accused witches sarah (wildes) bishop and phoebe (wildes) day (they were sisters); and henry herrick was a second cousin to marshal george herrick of essex county, massachusetts.
samuel sayer, though, is still a mystery to me as i know nothing about him. he is the one that i am searching for more information on as to birth and death dates, town he was from when bcame a juror. i do know this of the other eleven:
capt. thomas fiske, foreman, is from wenham
deacon william fiske is also from wenham
john batchelder is also from wenham
capt. thomas fiske, jr., is also from wenham
john dane is from ipswich
joseph evelith is also from ipswich
deacon thomas perley is from boxford
capt. john peabody is also from boxford
thomas perkins is from topsfield
