Looking for anyone researching George Washington Davis married to Annie Mae Jones. I have found GW Davis (b abt 1803) on a 1920 Census in Tuscumbia AL wife Annie, daughter Bessie (b abt 1914), daughter Minnie (b abt 1916), WC?? (b abt 1918) and Charles (b 1919) On the same census page there is David D Davis (b abt 1856) with wife NL?? (b abt 1872), son David (b abt 1903), another son and three daughters, names are hard to read. Many of these Davis' are buried in GUY cemetary, Colbert Co Alabama.

I have been told by GW Davis' grandson, Pete Davis that we are related. According to his father Charles (b 1919) either his father or grandfather was a brother of my gggrandfather Jessie Joseph (Washington) Davis b abt 1818/1825.
