#1 Lately most of the DNA Matches either don't have a family tree or, if they do, it is very small. Maybe there should be a second place for NO Tree DNA matches. It wastes a lot of time opening each match only to find there is no tree and there is no way of knowing how you are related.

#2 I refuse to change browsers. When I do I can't get to other programs. I shouldn't have to have 3 or 4 browsers to have to jump around to access programs. If forced to I will just not renew my subscription.

#3 I refuse to set up another email account. I have one and that is the only one I will use.

#4 I realize lower confidence matches took up a lot of server space and that's more than likely the reason they were ditched. I had a lot of good leads and actually found a lot of family in those low confidence matches. Now I have lost them all and I am very disappointed. I had almost 3 pages of matching hint ancestors. Now I only have one page. It has made my hunt for finding past ancestors more difficult.
