Mary Hill was born c. 1818, in Bristol. She was sentenced in 1835 in the Bristol Quarter Sessions for receiving stolen goods and was sentenced to seven years transportation to Australia. Later, in Australia, she married twice, the first time to Thomas Bishop and the second to my ancestor George Tickell. I am looking for any information on the family she left behind in England, in particular the name of her parents. Thanks in advance.
