According to both his marriage license and death cert, Charles was born in Sudbury Village, Canada. On his death certificate his father's name is Edward. His surfaces in Ohio in the 1900 census at the age of 39, marries at 41. Any idea how to find out more about him? I looked on the census in Canada but can't seem to find the correct family.
