Hello my name is Michael Payne and I am a great grandson to Robert and Willie Paylor of Tulsa Okla. Both have die and I am trying to put together a family reunion. Fo the Paylor and Shelton clan. I think Willie Paylor was from Arkansas and I am not sure were Robert is from. But he was born in 1879 and she was born in 1890 we are a black family mixed with Indian and Irish. So if there is anyone who knows about the two lovely people write me and let me know. I am planing a family reunion in May of 2001 around the May the 27th.
