Greetings: I am a descendent of William Bliss who was christened in Vermont in 1775 and married Preuda Emmins (from Scotland) in 1804 or 1805 and settled in North Central Pennsylvania, Tioga County. William does not appear to be a descendant of the the three Blisses who originally came from England to the States in the 1600's. William's parents may have come from England via Canada (Nova Scotia?). It appears to be a great mystery as the Aaron Bliss volumes can not locate his parents either. Any information would be greatly appreciated including Preuda Emmins as well. Regards, Keith Bliss
