I am trying to find an obituary for Lewis A. Chalfant who died Sept. 7, 1918. In the 1910 census he is living in Archer Township, on his death certificate he died in Jewett.

I checked the Ohio Hist. Society database and there are two papers on film for the time of his death for Harrison County. One is the Republican in Cadiz, the other is the Press in Freeport.

I am not familiar with Ohio--is Jewett close to Cadiz or Freeport? Also if anyone knows of any other source to check I would appreciate it.
