Born around 1943. Family ties to Loeper/Loepper of Appleton, Wis. Biological Father was "Locke". I dont know if he was given up for adoption or mother married since. My brothers Great Grandma would have been a Loeper. Mother lived with grandma at the time of pregnacy. Brother would be in the early 60s by now.
