Looking for descendants of : Darwin CARPENTER b 5 Sep 1823, Jay, Essex Co., NY eldest son of Cyrus & Hannah CARPENTER nee JENNEY. They also had 3 daus, Mila, Sally Mellisa and Mary Jane all born bef 1830. Cyrus moved to Brockport Monroe Co., NY early 1830's. He married his 2nd wife , Olivia MEACHAM 17 Sep 1835 in Brockport. Cyrus settled here and died 5 Jan 1871. All his children were still alive in 1871 and believed to be living in the Brockport area. Mary Jane certainly was. Hope someone can help.
