The People of the State of Illinois, to the Sheriff of said County--We command you, that you summon:

FLANNIGAN, Jane CARLISLE, Dallas CARLISLE, Martha VARNER, Finis W. VARNER, Telithia HUNT, Julia HUNT, Emely HUNT, Martha OGLESBY, Sarah OGLESBY, John A. if they shall be found in your county, personally to be and appear before the County Court of said Hamilton County, on the first day of the next term thereof, to be holden at the Court House in McLeansboro in said Hamilton County, on the 18th day of -----------? 1881, to answer unto the petition of:
Benj. J. Taylor, Admin., of the estate of John C. OGLESBY, dec'd, on th return day hereof: which said petition was filed in our Court, on the 21st day of March A.D. 1881, and prays that this Court will order and direct the sale of Real Estate of said deceased for the payment of debts. And have you then and there this writ, with an endorsement thereon in what manner you shall have executed the same.
