Does anyone know of a site for getting copies of Wills ?
I linked to a site from (I believe) Richmond Rootsweb
and ordered two copies of New York State Wills. This was Feb 2, 1999. I have heard nothing from them. I have not been able to find the site again.
The order (and money) was sent to 'SAMPUBCO' in Salt Lake City ( a PO Box).
I am wondering if this was a scam.
